On April 22, high school baseball teams in the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference will play to fight against cancer. Teams are inviting supporters to pledge a donation toward every hit from their offense and every strikeout from their pitching staff. Supporters are also welcomed to make a one-time flat donation. The below baseball teams are participating in the Strike-Out Pancreatic Cancer Challenge!
Proceeds will be used to support the Lustgarten Foundation and pancreatic cancer research. The mission of the Lustgarten Foundation is to advance the scientific and medical research related to the diagnosis, treatment, cure and prevention of pancreatic cancer.
