“World On Wheels” Tour

Laughlin Artz, Brooklyn-based climate activist, performance artist, author, and Executive Director of  2030 or Bust, is skateboarding the Sunshine State to bring some sunlight to the climate crisis. The “World On Wheels Tour 2023” is presented by 2030 or Bust, empowering humanity to end the climate crisis.

Show your support by pledging some ca$h for every mile Laughlin skates. You can pledge any amount that works for you ($0.50/$1/$20+) per mile. Invite your work colleagues, friends, and family to pledge too. The funds go to upgrading the app to be skater-friendly, supporting the WOW events happening and their communities worldwide.

The tour launches on May 5, when Laughlin starts his 200 miles from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale and will be skating right into World On Wheels Weekend (May 27-29), where skaters all over the world are taking their pledge:

And from that pledge, taking action that makes that kind of difference!

What we’re out to accomplish with the tour:

• 10,000 people downloading the app, taking the pledge and starting to take action✊
• 10,000 skaters signing up for World On Wheels community
• $1,000 pledged per mile for the tour ($200,000 total)

We’re raising $500,000 to produce the World On Wheels events year-longand upgrade the 2030 or Bust app with amazing new features specifically tailored to the skate community. We’re out to empower 1 million skaters this year, and World On Wheels Weekend is the launch platform that gets that ball really rolling!
