The Irvine Vaqueros are participating in Touchdowns Against Cancer as a way to continue an honor the memory of former player Austin Hwang who passed away at the age of 19. Please help me reach the campaign goal of $4,100 by pledging now. I really appreciate your support. Thank you!
In April 2017 the Vaquero Football community lost former player Austin Hwang at the age of 19 to Cancer. Austin was one of the emotional leaders of our program and had aspirations of coaching one day. Childhood Cancer Awareness Month is very personal to our football family and the Vaqueros are proud to join high school football teams across the country in Touchdowns Against Cancer 2018! Please consider making a donation to this cause as we keep Austin’s memory alive. Our goal is to raise $4,100 in honor of his jersey number, 41.
Pledge for every touchdown we score this September 7th - 30th to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and help the 16,000 children and adolescents that will be diagnosed with cancer this year.
