As a former Royal Danish Navy officer I am proud to support our troops who fight every day for our freedom. I'm excited to share that I’m participating in Swim4Freedom for 2023. It is a 3 miles open water lake swim on Aug 6th in Geneva Lake Wisconsin. The swim is from Williams Bay to Fontana. I believe in the mission of this fundraising campaign and hope that you’ll consider supporting me. Please help me reach the campaign goal of $30,000 by donating now. I really appreciate your support. Help us raise funds to support Special Operations Warrior Foundation

Join us for the 15th Annual Swim4Freedom! It’s a fun family-friendly event, starting with a swim and ending with an after-party at the lakefront.  Help us support a great cause.

The Details:

  • When: Sunday, August 6th, 2023
    • Registration deadline is Thursday, August 3rd by 5 pm. NO day of registration.
  • Where: Gordy’s Marina (320 Lake Ave, Fontana, WI)

The Course:

  • 3-Mile Swim:

  • Sign-in begins at 5:30 am at Gordy’s Boat House

  • Sign-in ends at 6:15 am

  • The swim begins at 7 am from Williams Bay Beach

  • The finish is at Gordy’s in Fontana

  • All swimmers must be out of the water by 10 am

  • Individuals and Relays welcome

Special Operations Warrior Foundation ensures complete post-secondary educational support and additional educational opportunities “cradle to career,” for eligible surviving children of fallen Special Operations Forces and children of all Medal of Honor recipients; and provides immediate financial assistance to severely wounded, ill, and injured Special Operations personnel — today and in the future.
