General Donation: Labor Day Weekend Push Up Challenge

I’m very excited to join Ritchie Farrell’s Labor Day Weekend Push Up Challenge to help end the opioid epidemic in America. For over 31 years, Ritchie Farrell has been fortunate enough to have survived a 10-bag-a-day heroin habit and go on to become a du-Pont Columbia recipient for Excellence in Broadcast Journalism, a bestselling author, and a WGA screenwriter. In the fall of 2017, he made a full-fledged commitment to help end the opioid epidemic in America. Today, the most critical shortage facing the opioid crisis is the access to available hospital rehabilitation.

He has spent almost his entire life working out. Now at the age of 61, Richie is challenging himself to do 100 consecutive pushups on Labor Day Weekend to raise money for scholarships awarded to struggling addicts allowing them access into successful rehabilitation facilities. I’m joining his effort, and I’m inviting family and friends to make a pledge per pushup completed or make a one-time flat donation.
