Our user-friendly ticketing system simplifies the registration process for participants, allowing them to register themselves and others in a single order. Event registration is customizable based on your needs: you can ask custom questions, enable discount codes, set minimum fundraising commitments, and more. Whether you’re selling tickets for your gala or requiring registration for your next in-person run/walk, we’ve got you covered.

Merchandise Add-Ons

Let participants showcase their commitment to your cause by selling some swag alongside registration! Whether it's T-shirts, hats, mugs, or more, attendees can purchase items during or after registration, supporting your cause while getting something tangible in return. Set quantity limits, collect color or size preferences, and mark orders as fulfilled directly in your dashboard.

Silent auctions can be added to any style of Pledge It campaign

Hosting a silent auction at your event? Our platform allows you to manage and promote your silent auction with ease. You can showcase unlimited items and track bids in real-time, while your bidders can take advantage of SMS notifications to stay on top of their bids. With automated charging and receipts for easy collections, you’ll have all the tools you need to maximize your auction’s earnings.

New Options to Minimize Fundraising Costs

We understand that every penny counts for nonprofit organizations, so we’ve given you more choices for how to reduce your event’s transaction fees. Organizations using our Donor Cover Fee model are reporting 95% or more of their transaction fees covered by donors. Design a new campaign from scratch at any time or duplicate a previous campaign, pulling over your settings, design, and customizations. We've got campaign options for your in-person events, peer-to-peer campaigns, donation only pages, and more.

Sponsor Recognition

Easily add, organize, and hyperlink sponsor logos on your campaign page. Don’t worry about having to resize images before uploading – our tool helps you crop and standardize sizing, optimize for mobile view, and make sure sponsors get the shout-out they need.

Year-Over-Year Success Tools

Repeating a campaign just got easier. Your fundraisers that have participated in past campaigns on Pledge It now have access to their donor history, allowing them to invite past donors to give with a single click!
