Proceeds benefit Armstead Academic Project
Please join me in helping to ensure educational equality by making a donation.
Each week during the regular season, the NFLPA #CommunityMVP program recognizes one player who has demonstrated a commitment to making a positive impact in his community. I am honored to have been chosen as the Week 10 NFLPA Community MVP, based on my efforts hosting my latest “Storytime With Arik Armstead” virtual event for a third grade class at Stone Elementary in my hometown of Elk Grove, California. Through this initiative, the Armstead Academic Project has now impacted more than 440 youth in first through fourth grade, while visiting 21 virtual classrooms in more than 15 school districts here and abroad. In recognition of this honor, the NFLPA has kicked of my Ensuring Educational Equality campaign by making a $10,000 to Armstead Academic Project. This is your chance to become a Community MVP with me by making your donation.
WHO YOU’LL BE SUPPORTING
“Give a man a fish and he eats for a day,
TEACH a man to fish and he eats for life.”
It is this approach that we are taking to ensure that all children have the opportunity to receive equal education opportunities. We feel this approach will allow us to positively impact generations of family who will reap all of the benefits that strong educational foundation will afford them.
Our mission is to ensure every student, no matter their socioeconomic status, has direct access to a quality education through a positive learning environment and resources needed in order to thrive and be successful.
This campaign goes beyond football. It’s about giving to those who truly need and deserve our support. Thank you for supporting my cause and all of your support throughout my career!

This campaign benefits
One of the primary goals of our organization, the Armstead Academic Project, is to supply students with a learning environment and resources that allow them to thrive and be successful. In addition, I, Arik Armstead, will use my platform and the reach of our organization to advocate for more public school funding especially in poverty stricken communities. We also plan to partner with teachers and be an aid allowing them to educate our youth at the highest level. The Armstead Academic Project is fully committed to providing equal opportunity in our public school system throughout Sacramento. The youth of Sacramento is our future. We have not forgotten about you. The decisions we make today to educate our youth will have not only a lasting impact on Sacramento but on our country as a whole.
