JOIN ME IN TACKLING LUPUS

Throughout my life, I’ve watched my aunt and cousin struggle with Lupus, an autoimmune disease that can damage many parts of the body including the skin, joints, and organs. At least 1.5 million Americans have lupus, with more than 16,000 new cases of lupus reported annually in the United States. It is one of the world’s cruelest, most unpredictable, and devastating diseases. The scariest part is that there is no known cure.

I’m dedicating this season to my aunt and cousin by taking the field to make sure that all of my tackles count! Please join the fight by pledging for every tackle I have this season.

All of the proceeds will benefit Lupus Detroit and their mission to solve the mystery of Lupus. Together we can help prevent other people from having to suffer like my aunt and cousin, and maybe even help find a cure.
