Helping rescue dogs one deadlift at a time [East Coast Canine Rescue]
I’m attempting to perform 500 bodyweight deadlifts to test my limits and help rescue dogs at the same time! Can I complete the 500 deadlifts? You’ll have to wait and see!! The remaining 500 will be attempted by my partner.
Please support our effort to save dogs from kill shelters who have been abused, neglected and/or were strays, and find them loving permanent homes. Any donation will help and will go straight to East Coast Canine Rescue.
