Spartan Charity (Hibnes)

I’m excited to announce Make-A-Wish® has recently granted me the use of their name.  An average wish is about $4,400.  If we can raise $5,000, I can get my employer to match the contributions and we would have helped a few kids with a critical illness get a wish.  To date, the money raised will be funding the wish of a 5 year old from Coraopolis who visited the Orland theme parks. There are two ways to give. 1. Flat donation or 2. Pledge per obstacle. For pledges, the donations are per obstacle I complete over the course of the three races making up the Trifecta. The Trifecta is made up of a Spartan Sprint (5 km & 20+ obstacles), Spartan Super (13 km & 25+ obstacles), and Spartan Beast (21 km & 30+ obstacles). That’s a total of at least 75 obstacles. At the end of each race I’ll tally the number of obstacles I couldn’t complete and subtract it from 75. I’ll wear a GoPro in case anyone wants proof of which obstacles were completed and which were not completed. The kids with these critical illnesses have it rough through no fault of their own. Let’s work together to help them out.
