SaveTober

Hello I am Jackson Scala. I am a goalie on the Rye Rangers in New York. I am part of the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation Youth Ambassadors, and this October I would like to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House. When I was young I was sick and had to spend my Christmas in the hospital all the way up to New Years. This experience and volunteering at the Ronald McDonald house helped me to choose this cause. The Ronald McDonald House is a place to go when a loved one is in the hospital that feels more like home and not a cold hospital room. Families with kids in the hospital can stay in the Ronald McDonald house and it gives them one less thing to worry about. The Henrik Lundqvist Foundation is helping me to raise money for this important cause. I am collecting pledges per save or a flat rate donation through the month of October.

You can donate as little as 1, 3, 5, or 10 dollars per save, which means that every time I make a save for my hockey team in the month of October, that amount of money you choose gets added to the cause. Alternatively, you can opt for a flat rate donation of 25, 50, 100, or 250 dollars, ensuring that your support has a consistent and substantial impact throughout the entire SaveTober initiative. My goal is to raise five thousand dollars through this project, SaveTober.
