RiverWise: South Hudson Voyage

In June of 2020 we launched the first of two RiverWise Voyages, the North Hudson Voyage. It was a huge success, so now we are launching our South Hudson Voyage.

The Hudson River Maritime Museum’s 100% solar-powered tour boat Solaris and the carbon-neutral Schooner Apollonia are once again joining forces for an educational fleet sail from Kingston, NY to New York Harbor. Along the way we’ll post photos and videos on social media, update the Captains’ Log each day, and share Hudson River history via videos and our interactive map. You can follow along with the the captains and crew on their 10-12 day voyage.

Once we return, we’ll begin processing the video footage of landmarks and interviews with fascinating Hudson River folks so that we can create documentary films to be shared for years to come.
