As I take a step toward my NFL dream, I’d like to use this opportunity to give back. I have committed my performance at the Clemson Pro Day to support Uplifting Athletes and its mission to inspire the Rare Disease Community with hope through the power of sport.
Uplifting Athletes was an important part of my college experience. I will never forget Lift for Life and the way it brought the Clemson Community together in support of this great cause. I learned from some of my college teammates how rare diseases affect people they love and it moved me to want to do something to help the 30 million Americans living with a rare disease.
Fans and supporters can pledge for each bench press rep I perform (my goal is 21) at the Clemson Pro Day on March 12th.
Please join my team by making a pledge today!

A nonprofit organization founded in 2007, Uplifting Athletes inspires the Rare Disease Community with hope through the power of sport. A rare disease is one that affects fewer than 200,000 Americans and typically lacks financial incentive to make and market new treatments. Uplifting Athletes fulfills its mission through a unique network of college football student-athlete led chapters, Uplifting Ambassadors and Team UA participants.
Since its inception, Uplifting Athletes has raised more than $5 million to support the mission of Uplifting Athletes and its charitable programs: Rare Disease Awareness, Rare Disease Research, Uplifting Experiences and Uplifting Leaders.
