Proceeds benefit Kay Yow Cancer Fund
The Penn State Women’s Basketball Coaches are proud to join the fight against ALL cancers affecting women!
On February 21st, three coaches - Coach Carolyn Kieger, Coach Ginny Boggess and Mary LynneShaefer - will shoot free throws to support the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. Each coach will attempt 20 free throws (60 total attempts).
You can join the fight by making a pledge per free throw made or a one-time flat donation.
Every gift will make a serious impact on those battling cancer. Thank you for your support!
The Kay Yow Cancer Fund’s mission is to extend and improve the lives of those who are battling cancer, on our way to finding a cure, by raising money for research and providing life-saving access to healthcare for underserved women.
The Play4Kay initiative is the Kay Yow Cancer Fund’s largest fundraiser and plays a major role in uniting players, coaches, and communities in the fight against ALL cancers affecting women. Follow the National Play4Kay Free Throw Challenge Leaderboard. The Play4Kay National Free Throw Challenge is proudly sponsored by John & Sue Gibbs.
