North Carolina Football Lift For Life 2023: Team A.M.P.

The North Carolina Football Chapter Lift for Life is coming up and our team is proud honor our teammate Tylee Craft by dedicating our performance in support of Uplifting Athletes. Uplifting Athletes is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization which harnesses the power of sport to build community and invest in the lives of those impacted by rare disease.

Lift For Life is Uplifting Athletes’ signature event held by student-athletes at colleges and universities across the country. Our event is scheduled for June 30.

The challenges faced by the rare community are bigger than any one individual, team, or organization can tackle alone. Here at UNC, we take pride in the opportunity to shine a spotlight on rare diseases and support Uplifting Athletes so that no person feels alone.

Supporting our Lift for Life is simple! Fans can pledge for each yard we cover during our sled push workout. Our goal is to cover 200 yards during the event.

The North Carolina Chapter

Uplifting Athletes is pleased to have the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as part of the nationwide network of chapters led by college student-athletes. Elijah Green and Conner Harrell began the chapter at UNC in honor of their teammate, Tylee Craft, who is currently battling a rare form of cancer and was recognized on the 2023 Uplifting Athletes Rare Disease Champion Team. The 2023 Lift For Life will be the Tar Heels’ first event to support the rare disease community and help tackle rare diseases.
