Jack Faller Lacrosse Fundraiser

This lacrosse season I will be working hard for my team and for the HEADstrong Foundation. Follow my progress on the 2020 Points for Patients leaderboard.

The HEADstrong Foundation is relentless in improving quality of life for those affected by cancer. With every action that they make, they are fulfilling the vision of the late Nicholas Colleluori, their founder. Nick was diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a blood cancer affecting the lymphatic system and passed away. Nick was a men’s lacrosse player at Hofstra University.
