H.D. Jacobs High School's Teaming Up for the Cure Game

Support our high school football team’s fundraising effort to raise money for those battling breast cancer. Pledge a donation toward every point we score during our Teaming Up for the Cure game. All proceeds benefit Susan G. Komen, which is the ONLY organization that addresses breast cancer on multiple fronts such as research, community health, global outreach and public policy initiatives in order to make the biggest impact against this disease.

You can pledge any dollar amount for every point scored, or you can make a one-time donation. After points are finalized, you’ll receive an automatic email with the amount of your donation based on our performance on the field.
