Proceeds benefit Kay Yow Cancer Fund
Support the Georgia Tech Women’s Softball Team in Tasha Tough and the fight against women’s cancer!
On November 15, 2021, one of our Georgia Tech’s own, Tasha Butts Associate Head Coach for the women’s basketball team, was diagnosed with advanced stage breast cancer. She went to the doctor’s office for a routine screening and left as a cancer patient.
Through this process, Tasha has been acutely aware of the blessing of healthcare access – access that is not available to so many women.
In honor of Tasha’s fight and her passion for helping other women, women’s softball along with several other teams on campus have a goal of raising $100,000. When we hit our goal, the Kay Yow Cancer Fund will award a $150,000 grant to a program serving underserved women by providing access to quality cancer healthcare at Northside Hospital!
Make a pledge for every strikeout thrown this season or a one-time donation!
The Kay Yow Cancer Fund’s mission is to extend and improve the lives of those battling cancer, on our way to finding a cure, by raising money for research and providing life-saving healthcare for underserved women. You can support our team by making your gift right now!
Follow our progress on the Georgia Tech Tasha Tough Leaderboard.
