Orange Park #Fight4Literacy ('20-'21)

Sometimes we can all use an assist, whether it’s on the court or in real life. Join the Raiders, Coaching for Literacy and International Paper to provide an assist to kids learning to read. 100% of donations will be granted to W.E. Cherry Elementary School to support literacy efforts in Orange Park! These funds will be used to provide books, resources and tutoring for local students.

WHO YOU ARE HELPING

Did you know that 66% of fourth-graders are reading below grade level? That year is so important because children LEARN TO READ until 3rd grade and after that they READ TO LEARN.

100% of your donation to a #Fight4Literacy Game presented by International Paper can provide books, resources and tutoring support for students in the home team’s market. Through this partnership, International Paper has committed $200,000 to support literacy efforts, with match challenges up to $5k in particular markets.
