2022 VSGA Spencer-Wilkinson Benefit

To help ensure that promising young girls – or simply those who love the game – from Virginia are provided an opportunity to continue their pursuit of higher education at colleges and universities, Spencer-Wilkinson Awards were started in 1996.

The cornerstones behind the creation and funding of Spencer-Wilkinson scholarships are Debbie Spencer and Mary Nell Wilkinson. Both played collegiate golf at the College of William & Mary and are longtime supporters of the scholarship foundation.

Each spring the VSGA conducts a Spencer-Wilkinson benefit tournament, a four-person captain’s choice event, with proceeds going towards scholarships. The 2022 event is scheduled for Thursday, May 26 at Wintergreen Resort (Stoney Creek) in Nellysford. Register here.
