At Princeton Chapter Lift For Life, Team Offense is Repping For Rare Diseases!

As members of Team Offense for the 2017 Princeton Chapter Lift For Life, we are proud to dedicate our performance in support of Uplifting Athletes and its mission to inspire the rare disease community with hope through the power of sport.

Lift For Life is the signature fundraising event for the Princeton Chapter and our fellow college football student-athlete brothers who have joined the Uplifting Athletes nationwide network of chapters.

Our Lift For Life is open to the public and will start at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, April 27th outside the Frist Student Center. Please come out and join us or follow the fundraising competition HERE!

Today, the challenges faced by the rare disease community are bigger than any one individual, team or organization can tackle alone. Here at Princeton we take pride in the opportunity shine a spotlight on rare diseases and support Uplifting Athletes.

Fans and supporters can make a pledge towards the number of bench press repetitions Team Offense averages (our goal is 12 per player) during Lift For Life.

Please join our team by making a pledge today!

About Uplifting Athletes

Uplifting Athletes inspires the rare disease community with hope through the power of sport and empowers medical researchers to find cures. A rare disease is one that affects fewer than 200,000 Americans and consequently lacks financial incentive to make and market new treatments.

Founded in 2007, Uplifting Athletes has college football student-athlete led chapters nationwide in FBS and FCS programs including half the schools in the Big Ten and ACC conferences.

The Princeton Chapter started tackling rare diseases in 2011 when it joined Uplifting Athletes and serves the rare disease community in honor of Jordan Culbreath, a former Tigers running back. Culbreath was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder in 2010, but battled through his rare disease diagnosis to return to the field and finish his playing career.
