All the players, coaches and families in the Mechanicsburg School District basketball program are teaming up with a local charity to raise money for the rare disease community and Mechanicsburg School District basketball. The 7th, 8th, 9th, Varsity Boys and Girls Basketball Teams will use their performance on the court to see who can raise the most money to support The Mechanicsburg School District Basketball Booster Club and Uplifting Athletes, which inspires the rare disease community with hope through the power of sport. Fans can pledge to donate for every point recorded during games played between December 14th and December 21st. Proceeds from this fundraiser will be divided equally between the Mechanicsburg Basketball Booster Club and Uplifting Athletes.
