Tanner Gay FaceOff Against Cancer Challenge

Everyone knows someone who has been effected by cancer. Together we can help make a difference.

I have an aunt who is a breast cancer survivor. One of my family’s close friends is a survivor of cancer in his jaw. Last year one of my best, longest friends, who I have known since birth, lost his mother to ovarian cancer. She was also one of my moms closest friends and fought till her last day and is always on our minds and in our hearts.

I’m proud to say I will be participating in the 2019 Faceoff Against Cancer Challenge during my Franklin Lakes recreation season as well as my Patriot Stars club tournament season and during the Warrior All American games where I will be playing for the 2024 Team NJ, all while dedicating it to the memory of SCF! I will be working hard, training hard and playing hard to record as many faceoff wins as I can this season to raise money in support of the HEADstrong Foundation! You can pledge a donation for every faceoff win I record which will also push me to win more faceoffs, or make a one-time flat donation. Proceeds raised will go to the HEADstrong Foundation, which is a charitable 501c3 committed to improving the quality of life for those affected by cancer.

The mission of the HEADstrong Foundation is to be relentless in improving the quality of life for those affected by cancer. The HEADstrong Foundation is fulfilling the vision of the late Nicholas Colleluori, the founder of HEADstrong. Nick’s last wish was that others would benefit from his journey.
