Support the Princeton Chapter of Uplifting Athletes

Princeton will be looking to knock off Yale at Princeton University Stadium on November 14. But during that game the Tigers’ offense and defense will be waging their own battle to support the rare disease community.

The Princeton Chapter of Uplifting Athletes is holding an Offense vs. Defense Pledge Drive against the Bulldogs.

Uplifting Athletes is a national non-profit organization with 25 chapters that support our mission to make a positive and lasting impact on the rare disease community through the power of college football.

Each touchdown the Princeton offense scores and each turnover the Tigers defense produces against Yale will benefit the student-athlete led Princeton Chapter and its efforts to raise awareness of and research funds for the rare disease aplastic anemia.

The 2015 Princeton offense is asking fans to support their Uplifting Athletes chapter by pledging a donation towards each touchdown they score vs. Yale.

Princeton formed an Uplifting Athletes Chapter in 2011 in honor of former Tigers running back Jordan Culbreath, who was diagnosed with aplastic anemia. Culbreath, a member of the Uplifting Athletes Letterman’s Club, missed a season but battled back to play his final year and won the Uplifting Athletes Rare Disease Champion Award in 2011.

Support the Princeton Chapter and its efforts to make a difference in the rare disease community by signing up for its Offense vs. Defense Pledge Drive today.
