NC State started this season with four consecutive victories and is looking to finish that off with a second consecutive invitation to a bowl game.
Before that, though, the Wolfpack will tangle with in-state rival North Carolina at Carter-Finley Stadium to finish off the 2015 regular season.
The NC State Chapter of Uplifting Athletes will be looking for its offense to put plenty of touchdowns on the board against UNC on November 28 for its Touchdown Pledge Drive.
Uplifting Athletes is a national non-profit organization with 25 chapters that support our mission to make a positive and lasting impact on the rare disease community through the power of college football.
Each touchdown the Wolfpack score against North Carolina will benefit the student-athlete led NC State Chapter and its efforts to raise awareness of and research funds for the rare disease Leukemia.
The 2015 NC State football team is asking its fans to support the student-athlete led Uplifting Athletes Chapter by making a pledge through the Wolfpack Touchdown Pledge Drive.
Formed in 2011, the NC State Chapter continues to be a champion for the rare disease Leukemia. The chapter leaders chose Leukemia as the inspiration to serve the rare disease community in honor Dana Bible – the former NC State offensive coordinator who battled this rare disease.
The NC State Chapter held its fifth Lift For Life earlier this year and had its biggest fundraising effort ever.
