The 3rd Annual WFAN/Boomer & Carton Mikey Strong "23" Charity Hockey Game will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 21 at the Prudential Center. WFAN and the Prudential Center are co-hosting the game with proceeds to benefit the Nichols Family Trust and the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation. Doors open at 6:30 PM and the game starts at 7:30 PM. In January 2014, Mike Nichols sustained a spinal cord injury during a varsity hockey game when he was checked from behind. Following the accident, Mike received a flood of support from the hockey community, including Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton.
TEAM BOOMER VS TEAM CARTON CHALLENGE
This year, Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton are facing off against each other to see whose team can raise the most money for the Nichols Family Trust and the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation. Both Boomer and Craig are inviting their fans to pledge a donation for every goal their team scores during the 3rd Annual WFAN/Bommer & Carton Mike Strong "23" Charity Hockey Game.
