Lisner Racing, drives for Operation Motorsport

The Lisner Racing team will be partnered up and driving in honor of Mel Gallagher an Operation Motorsport beneficiary!

Mel served 10 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Resource Management Support (RMS) clerk. The last 4 years were spent fighting medical conditions and being released from Active Duty. She was an Army Corporal when she was medically released in April 2012.  Mel said about getting involved with Operation Motorsport _“I can’t say that I ever thought I would be involved in Motorsports at this level. But it is exciting! Right now I am trying to get myself out from under that hermit’s rock and out feeling like I have a purpose again. That’s ultimately what I am hoping will happen. Apparently there is a whole wonderful world outside my bubble, and I would like to experience more of it.”_

These drivers will do their best to race hard and complete as many laps as possible to help aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of these US/Canadian heros!
