Jordan Gowins Reps for Kids

As a 10 year old kid, I spent about a month in Stony Brook Hospital’s ICU. First fighting for my life, then fighting just to walk and talk again. Support from my loved ones and even people who I didn’t know cared at first, is what helped push me through. So children, who are up against tough health circumstances and are constantly fighting on an everyday basis, are very dear to my heart. On Wednesday, I will not just be bench pressing in front of NFL scouts to earn a contract, but more importantly, to raise money and lend a helping hand to the Stony Brook Children’s hospital. You will all have the option to press with me, and donate per each rep that I do on my bench press come Wednesday. Let’s attack this together, and show these children that we believe in their strength and their courage, and that they overcome anything that they undergo.
