@JenHongers: The Goat Hill Hike 108 Holes for a Cause

Hi Friends! I’m excited to announce that I will be participating in the 108 Hole Challenge for Charity on June 24th, 2019 at Goat Hill Park. I am raising funds for Els for Autism of course! I will be attempting to walk and play 108 holes of golf in one day… Yes, I will be going to some sort of spa treatment the next day.

**UPDATE: Hi all! I have decided to earmark the funds raised through this campaign to fund a program I created here a few years back called, "Walk the Pup." This program teaches kids and adults with autism and related disabilities independent skills on how to take care of a dog. We pair rescue pups with our groups to leash the pup, walk the pup, hydrate the pup, treat the pup, train the pup, and of course, love the pup!! Please help me get this program up and running again here at Els for Autism by pledging! **

As many of you know, Els for Autism provides an array of services for individuals and families impacted by autism. We serve across the spectrum, and we serve those of all ages and abilities. In the 5 years I’ve had the privilege of working here, I’ve met so many of these amazing kids and adults! I’ve been witness to the progress and growth of so many because of Els for Autism.

As I prepare to walk, carry my bag, and make so many swings my arms will probably pop off, please consider pledging a donation to my hike.
