Jake Hardin - Carolina Partners in Mental HealthCare, PLLC - Nolan Smith's Teen Cancer America Hoop-A-Thon

I’m participating in Teen Cancer America’s 1st Annual Hoop-A-Thon Challenge presented by Duke Special Assistant, Nolan Smith to support teens and young adults battling cancer.
