The J&M Motorsports racing team will be partnered up and driving in honor of Hunter Reeve, a US Army Veteran and Operation Motorsport beneficiary!
**Sergeant Hunter Reeve served in the U.S. Army as an OH-58D Crew Chief from 2011 through 2017 before being medically discharged. Throughout his life, Hunter has been a racing fan and raced karts when he was. To put in bluntly, “racing has just been something I have always loved”. Hunter recalls a photo of when he was one or two years old that shows him glued to the Indy 500 on TV. **
**What Hunter loves about Operation Motorsports is that he finds likeminded people who have been through the same experiences. It mirrors his experience in being a helicopter crew chief. Being in aviation, every part and member is important to the safety of the aircraft and mission. For example, serving as a crew chief, the avionics shop, the air frame and sheet metal shop were all vital to an aircraft’s and crews’ safety. In racing it is just like aviation, everything you don’t see is just as important to on-track performance. **
These drivers will do their best to race hard and complete as many laps as possible to help aid in the recovery and rehabilitation of these US/Canadian heros!
