Her memory now lives on in the hearts of the lucky #TeamOlivia donkeys who now are #PackBurroRacing donkeys enjoying the good life in Colorado. #TeamOlivia is proudly running 2 burros races in August to raise funds for ERN.
Equine Rescue Network (ERN) is an electronic network of equine advocates working together to help slaughter-bound, neglected, abandoned, lost/stolen/missing horses in the USA. ERN purchases equine at auction saving them from being purchased by kill buyers. Many, but not all, are healthy and sound, and some need care and training prior to being rehomed. ERN has three rescue farms in Topsfield, Hamilton and Ipswich, Massachusetts. Funds raised help to buy equine at auction and even outbid kill buyers. The funds also cover expenses such as equine transport, health care, training, food, and maintenance of the rescue farms.The rescues are loved and cared for by volunteers until they find new homes.
