Striking Out Poverty is a "first-of-it's-kind" program by Food for the Hungry to meet the most urgent needs in nine of the most vulnerable communities in the Dominican Republic.
Food for the Hungry seeks to partner with baseball athletes and influencers to leverage the galvanizing power of sports to end extreme poverty. Mobilizing fans and connecting their success on the field of play with the meaningful work of helping children thrive around the world, players and representatives across sports are answering this call.
