The Sixers Youth Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, is committed to bringing positive, meaningful change to the lives of young people in the Greater Delaware Valley. Through the transformative power of basketball and engaged coaching, the Foundation provides at-risk youth with an opportunity to become the next generation of innovators and leaders in their communities. The Foundation’s programs focus primarily on neighborhoods where young people are at a high risk of experiencing poverty, insufficient social and emotional support, and/or health issues. The Foundation’s purpose is to help middle school-aged youth develop healthy intellectual, emotional, social and physical skills through programs that may be implemented in the classroom and on the court.
