Darqueze Dennard's Big Plays For Kids
Proceeds benefit City Gospel Mission
Make a difference this season by supporting kids in Cincinnati!
Join Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Darqueze Dennard and help give kids in Cincinnati access to the tutoring and mentoring they need by making a pledge in his “Big Plays For Kids” campaign.
Make a pledge for every turnover Darqueze and the Bengals force during the 2016 season. Proceeds go to Darqueze’s Dreambuilders program and its support of City Gospel Mission’s Whiz Kids literacy-based, one-to-one tutoring and mentoring program.
Darqueze has personally donated $4,000 to kick off the campaign. Together, we can reach our goal and support the kids of Cincinnati!
When you make a pledge of at least $1 per turnover or a flat donation of $25 or more, you will be entered to win a signed helmet. (Minimum donation of $25 for the season to be entered to win the drawing at the end of the season. Winner will be notified by email at the end of the season.)
When you make a pledge of $10 or more or a flat donation of at least $250, you will receive a special invitation to Darqueze Dennard’s Champions Reception on Mon., Nov. 21, where you will meet Darqueze and get a special autographed gift and a photo. Complementary food and drinks will also be provided. (Minimum donation of at least $250 for the season to attend the reception. You will be contacted by email with your invitation to the event.)
When you make a pledge of $15 or more or a flat donation of at least $375, you will receive a special invitation for two to Darqueze Dennard’s Champions Reception on Mon., Nov. 21, where you and a guest will meet Darqueze and each get a special autographed gift and a photo. Complementary food and drinks will also be provided. (Minimum donation of at least $375 for the season to attend the reception. You will be contacted by email with your invitation to the event.)
Who Benefits?
Started in 2005, Whiz Kids is City Gospel Mission’s literacy-based, one-to-one tutoring and mentoring program that helps more than 1,400 academically at-risk students at over 60 tutoring sites throughout Greater Cincinnati.
Whiz Kids partners with more than 1,400 volunteers. Students improve their reading one grade level on average. You can learn more about City Gospel Mission’s Whiz Kids literacy-based mentoring program at www.citygospelmission.org.
