For seven years the Colgate Chapter of Uplifting Athletes has been a champion for the rare disease community and the rare disease the Raiders champion – ependymoma.
As part of Family Day at Colgate University on October 31 in Hamilton, the Colgate Chapter is holding a Touchdown Pledge Drive for its ependymoma awareness game against Fordham. The Colgate Chapter and President Danny Copeland is asking its fans to support the student-athlete led Uplifting Athletes Chapter by making a pledge to help the Raiders’ efforts.
Uplifting Athletes is a national non-profit organization with 25 chapters that support our mission to make a positive and lasting impact on the rare disease community through the power of college football.
Each touchdown the Raiders score against Fordham will benefit the student-athlete led Colgate Chapter and its efforts to raise awareness of and research funds for the rare disease ependymoma.
Support the Colgate Chapter and its efforts to make a difference in the rare disease community by signing up to for its 2015 Touchdown Pledge Drive as part of the ependymoma awareness game today.
