Clemson has positioned itself to win their first Atlantic Coast Championship (ACC) title since 2011. The Tigers are winning games with a combination of aggressive defense and an evolving offense.
The Clemson Chapter of Uplifting Athletes will be looking for the offense to continue delivering plenty of touchdowns for its home game at Death Valley against Wake Forest on November 21 by holding a Touchdown Pledge Drive.
Uplifting Athletes is a national non-profit organization with 25 chapters that support our mission to make a positive and lasting impact on the rare disease community through the power of college football.
Each touchdown the Tigers score against Wake Forest will benefit the student-athlete led Clemson Chapter and its efforts to raise awareness of and research funds for the rare disease neuroblastoma. The 2015 Clemson football team and Chapter President Jim Brown is asking its fans to support its efforts by making a pledge through the Tigers online Touchdown Pledge Drive.
Clemson became an Uplifting Athletes Chapter in 2014 and was started by Brown, a former walk-on long snapper who has become the starter at that position for the 2015 team. The Clemson Chapter has held two Lift For Life awareness and fundraising events and last season held a rivalry Touchdown Pledge Drive against in-state rival South Carolina.
Support the Clemson Chapter and its efforts to make a difference in the rare disease community by signing up for its Touchdown Pledge Drive today!
