THE FUND AND THE NEEDS
The hospitality industry in Pennsylvania, and across the nation, is currently facing unprecedented challenges due to COVID19. With more than 800,000 jobs at risk across the state, your help and support is needed more than ever.
Philadelphia Phillies All-Star pitcher, Aaron Nola, and Yuengling, America’s Oldest Brewery, and have teamed up to launch Cheers PA to benefit the Hospitality Assistance Response of Pennsylvania (HARP) and the hundreds and thousands of Pennsylvania bar and restaurant workers who have lost their jobs and incomes due to COVID-19.
100% of donations to Cheers PA will go directly toward HARP to help bartenders and waitstaff impacted by COVID-19.
HARP provides immediate emergency funding to frontline employees of Pennsylvania’s hospitality businesses, bartenders, servers and waitstaff who are experiencing significant hardships due to the abrupt closure of their bars, restaurants and hotels.
