Seven-time NBA All-Star and Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant is inviting fans to help him raise awareness for his Kevin Durant Charity Foundation (KDCF) in support of enriching the lives of at-risk youth.
His Pledge It Campaign will allow fans to participate in his efforts to renovate youth basketball courts by joining his “Build It And They Will Ball” campaign.
During the month of February, fans will have the opportunity to pledge any dollar amount for every point Durant scores. Fans can also make a one-time donation to the Foundation.
“The Kevin Durant Charity Foundation is really special to me and I know firsthand how much a basketball court can change the life of a kid in need,” said Kevin Durant. “As a kid, the court wasn’t just about basketball for me – it was a safe place for me to hang out after school, and a place that helped me keep my focus and stay grounded. I will never forget that, and I’m excited and grateful for my fans to help participate in raising awareness for the KDCF and the importance of giving kids a safe haven."
Proceeds from this PLEDGE IT campaign will benefit the Kevin Durant Charity Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
