Baseball Road Trip 2017 Benefitting DSACT

It’s always been important to the Swinney family to instill the power of giving in our children. This Summer, our son Cashion (age 7) and I will take to the road to enjoy one of our favorite pastimes together – going to baseball games and seeing this beautiful country the way it was meant to – out a car window.

We’ll go to 11 baseball games and visit Baltimore, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Toronto (oops, not JUST THIS beautiful country!), Niagara Falls, Cooperstown, New York City, Boston, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Atlanta and Memphis.

Along the way, we’ll be supporting the Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas. We know you’ll be following along on our epic journey so why not support a worthy nonprofit while you’re at it? We’re asking you, our supporters, to help us raise $10,000 for DSACT through pledges.

We love the long ball, so you can donate based on the number of home runs we see OR you can just make a straight contribution.

NOTE: We’re seeing 11 baseball games and the average number of home runs per game is about 2, so assume around 22 home runs during our trip when making your pledge.
